The Los Angeles Lakers will host the Denver Nuggets tonight at the STAPLES Center. Here is all the information you will need to watch and listen to the game!
The Los Angeles Lakers will be looking to get their first win of the homestand tonight. The Lakers lost the first two games to the Philadelphia 76ers and Phoenix Suns. They will be looking to snap their losing streak tonight against the Denver Nuggets.
This will be the first of four regular-season meetings between the Lakers and Nuggets. The two teams met in the preseason twice in October with the Nuggets winning both of those matchups.
The Lakers are coming into the game on a two-game losing streak. The homestand has not gone well as they have had some monster performances against them by Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, Alex Len and Devin Booker.
The defense has been disappointing for the Lakers in recent games, and the Nuggets will present problems of their own. The Nuggets have multiple players that can hurt you offensively. They have six players averaging at least 12.1 points per game, led by 16.2 by Nikola Jokic and 16.0 from Paul Millsap.

The Lakers will have to tighten up their perimeter defense where the Nuggets thrive. The Nuggets are making 37.4 percent of their 3-pointers, which is tied for ninth in the NBA. The Lakers, on the other hand, are last in the NBA, making 28.7 percent of their 3-point attempts.
It will take a team effort to slow down the multi-dimensional Nuggets attack. Finding consistency offensively is a key for the Lakers as Kyle Kuzma and Jordan Clarkson has been the only consistent producers offensively.
Los Angeles also has to find a way to get Lonzo Ball going. He is stuck in quite a rut as his shot isn’t falling and his confidence looks to be very low.
Can the Lakers find some consistency to snap their losing streak? Or will the Nuggets continue their strong play in the month of November? We will have to wait and see! Here is all the information you need to watch and listen to the Lakers and Nuggets tonight.
