Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lnzo Ball made a diss track for teammate Kyle Kuma, who won Player Hater of the Year with digs aimed at Lonzo.

It’s no secret at this point that the Los Angeles Lakers‘ young core or Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart and Kyle Kuzma love to make fun of each other.

If you look at the top comments in each other’s Instagram posts, you’ll see them roasting each other. Not only that, the trio also finds time within media interviews to take little jabs at each other, continuing the playful rivalry among the three players drafted in 2017.

Lonzo decided to take this fun camaraderie among the three to another level, making a diss rap aimed at his main target on social media, his good friend Kyle Kuzma.

Or should I say, “Kylie Kuzma”, which is the title of the song that you can find on Apple Music.

Lonzo Ball is infamously a rapper in addition to being an NBA point guard. He decided to use his rapping skills and build off the current popularity of rap beefs from the recently concluded Pusha T and Drake quarrel.

Lonzo’s Got Bars

Lonzo had some pretty good lines in the song. Here are the best ones in my opinion.

"I’m working out daily, but I ain’t posting itAnd I would never stop a workout just to post a pic"

Kuzma has been made fun of by the boys for posting many workout pictures since the season has ended, with some seen below.

It seems as though Kuzma really, really, really wants people to know he’s been in the gym ever since the season got done. The guys, with the help of Isaiah Thomas, are going to roast Kuz for every workout picture for the rest of the offseason. Lonzo’s line is just the beginning.

"You want smoke, you can get it, dressing for attentionTrying to be Russell Westbrook, you just honorable mention"

Kyle Kuzma has become known for his style, wearing some of the best pre-game fits in the NBA. This has led to him actually being nominated for Best Style in the NBA Awards show on June 25th on TNT. He joins LeBron James, James Harden, Nick Young, and — Russell Westbrook. Lonzo seems to be putting his vote in for Russell Westbrook — or at least — just not Kuzma.

"Don’t know who your daddy is, well your ass is getting sonned"

To be honest, I truly hope Kuzma doesn’t get mad about this one. Kuz doesn’t know his biological father, so this one has some truth to it. This is truly the only line that may actually get underneath Kuzma’s skin. But I would hope Lonzo wouldn’t say it unless he knew Kuzma would be fine with it.

(The rest of the articles is a purely extreme satire of how some sports media members might treat this diss)

This rap diss brings up some serious questions. Was it as light-hearted as everyone is making it out to be? Have they had a bit of a falling out? Maybe the constant back-and-forth on each other’s Instagram posts finally got underneath Lonzo’s skin. It sure has seemed to piss Kuzma off.

It’ll be interesting to see if the two can mend their relationship going forward. This diss track might be the beginning of the end for one of the two players, as a very important 2018 offseason looms.

The Lakers won’t want any internal disruption while they are trying to bring in LeBron James and/or Paul George. If the two players don’t find a way to get along, one of them might be traded, ending their very short but promising Lakers careers. It’d be a shame, as the franchise would be on the verge of greatness with the acquisition of LeBron and George.

*Back to the Real World*

Did we have a good laugh about that? I hope so. Let’s just all enjoy this continued, fun back-and-forth between the Lakers young core. Who knows, maybe Kuzma and Josh Hart will come out with their own rap diss track.

Either way, I hope to find out how LeBron and George will react to these constant barbs being thrown around among their new young teammates.
