The Los Angeles Lakers now know their schedule for the 2018-19 season. What are their five biggest games of the season?

Recently, the complete NBA schedule was released for the Los Angeles Lakers. While there were a few games leaked prior to the official release, we now know exactly what the schedule looks like.

This offseason, the Lakers were able to sign LeBron James to a four-year deal, which has made them one of the top teams to watch this season. The Lakers will be laying a ton of games of national television due to having James, as they have quickly become a must-watch team.

For the young core of the Lakers, these big games on national television against playoff opponents will be good for them to prepare for potential games in the playoffs. Due to the addition of LeBron, there are a lot of good matchups on schedule for the Lakers. Now that they hope to be contenders, games against teams like the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets will have a lot more meaning.

The Lakers will be starting the season on the road against the Portland Trail Blazers surprisingly,  as many thought they would open the LeBron era at home. To finish the season, the Lakers will be playing the Portland Trail Blazers once again, this time at home. In the extremely tough Western Conference, every game matters, and the final game of the season could come with some serious implications for the standings.

With a lot of great games in-between, here are the five biggest games of the season for the Lakers.
