There is a lot of excitement surrounding the Los Angeles Lakers. Here are the four best games to watch during the 2018-19 season.

The NBA released the full NBA schedule last week, which means we are a step closer to maybe the most elusive Los Angeles Lakers season fans have had since the 2012-2013 offseason. That is the offseason in which they acquired Dwight Howard and Steve Nash. Hopefully, this season turns out better than that one did…

Last year I wrote an article on the Top 5 Games to watch for last season, based on what I thought would be the most entertaining aspects of what I expected to be a low-win season.

In addition, games I thought would have an impact on the young players future and the future of the franchise. For example, LeBron James‘ only game against the Lakers in Los Angeles. While a 35-win season is still low, the 2017-2018 Lakers did better than most had projected.

Overall, those were some entertaining games, including two close games with the World Champion Golden State Warriors and some performances from Brandon Ingram and Kyle Kuzma that only made Lakers fans more excited for what’s to come.

This season’s rankings are going to be different though. Due to LeBron joining the Lakers this season, Lakers fans should be watching every game. It shouldn’t matter what the best games are because, with The King, every game will be worth watching.

However, the NBA season is long and some fans don’t have the time, resources, or patience to tune in for every game. So for those who can’t, these are for you.

These are the best games you won’t want to miss this season, based on rivalries (both player and franchise), entertainment value, and of course, potential 2019 free agent recruiting (I’m looking at you, Kawhi Leonard).
