Entering his third season, here are three goals for Los Angeles Lakers forward, Brandon Ingram.

After the signing of LeBron James this offseason, expectations instantly became higher for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Last season, the Lakers took a nice step forward with their young core, as they were able to improve their win total from the season before despite injuries. One of the reasons for the team improving was because of the play of Brandon Ingram.

Ingram had a tough start to his rookie season with the Lakers. As the second overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, Ingram wasn’t a star like the franchise might have hope right away. However, he improved as the season went on and showed signs of what he could be.

In the summer of 2017, Ingram put in a lot of work and dominated in the one game that he played in the Las Vegas Summer League. That showing instantly had fans excited about what could be to come for Ingram.

During the regular season, Ingram carried that over into meaningful games. He improved a lot from his rookie season and proved that the Lakers made the right call taking him with the second overall pick.

Now, Ingram will be heading into his third season in the NBA. After a great sophomore season, Ingram will be looking to take another step forward individually, as the Lakers hope to break their playoff drought this season. Here are three goals for Ingram in the 2018-19 season.
