1. LeBron James makes it 9 straight NBA Finals appearances

If, by some act of God, all three of the previous takes I just listed all come true, I don’t see why this one can’t either. Even if none of them do. No one can say with absolute certainty that LeBron doesn’t have a chance. He’s proved time and time again that if Lebron is on the team, they have a chance.

So just imagine for a second, that this does happen. I don’t care how you imagine it. Maybe injuries hurt the Golden State Warriors this season? Maybe the Houston Rockets get revenge on the Dubs this time around but they can’t stop Lebron in a seven-game series (because no one can, it’s impossible) and they lose to the Lakers. Maybe the Lakers make a deal during the season and get another superstar and that puts them in contention.

However you want to imagine it, fine, but just imagine, if and I mean IF Lebron does this. If he makes it to nine CONSECUTIVE NBA Finals, after switching conferences and making it over ultimately the greatest roster in NBA history, there’s no more argument to be made right?

He would be the greatest player of all time right?
