Los Angeles Lakers: 3 reasons why Lebron James should try

1. No player has ever won three MVP’s for three different organizations

Not only would this LeBron tying Michael Jordan on the MVP list with five, but he would also be the first player in NBA history to win an MVP award for three different organizations.

This achievement is one that goes without being discussed because of the rarity of it but is remarkably impressive once it does happen. What makes this even more impressive is that Lebron would also be the only player in any of the four major American Sports leagues (MLB, NHL, NFL & NBA)  to accomplish this feat.

With the chance to tie Jordan for MVP’s, while simultaneously doing something that no athlete has done out of the four major sports something Lebron should embrace as a competitor.

There will always be a large crowd who will never take the greatest of all time crown away from Jordan no matter what Lebron accomplishes.

On top of what he has already accomplished, would the G.O.A.T. argument not become a little more interesting if he can lock down a fifth MVP while carrying this young Laker squad, along with MUD, to the Western Conference playoffs?
