Here are three takeaways from win against the Indiana Pacers for the Los Angeles Lakers.
LeBron James had terrorized the Indiana Pacers for 15 years in the Eastern Conference. The Pacers probably was glad to see James go to the Los Angeles Lakers. Great news right?
Well, they still have to see him at least two times this season. After this game, it can really be said that LeBron James owns the Indiana Pacers. Now, for the rest of the Los Angeles Lakers, they don’t have the level of comfort as their superstar.
The Lakers scored the game’s first 13 points of the game and led as much as 23 points in the first quarter as the Lakers jumped out to a 38-15 lead. Just as they did in both games with the Orlando Magic, they blew a huge lead and had to work to win the game.
Only this time, LeBron James made sure that the Los Angeles Lakers got out with a victory.

The Los Angeles Lakers outlasted the Indiana Pacers 104-96 in the tale of two games inside of one basketball contest.
It’s hard to really analyze how good the Lakers defense was in this game. To be clear, the Lakers came out the locker room determined to snuff this game out early as they blocked seven of the Pacers shots in the first seven minutes. The Pacers were held to 37 percent from the field for the game and looked very uncomfortable running their offense for most of the contest.
How uncomfortable?
How do you have a NBA player so shook that he lays the ball up and the ball goes backwards?…
I’m not lying folks…
Tyreke Evans, I don’t have the inside scoop, but I would plan on this play being on Shaqtin’ a fool on TNT next week. Not a guarantee…but don’t be surprised.
