Without Kuzma is when things looked really bad for the Lakers, as they lost to the New York Knicks at home, and then were blown out by the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Luckily, Kuzma has returned from his back injury, and the Lakers have won two straight since. On Friday night, the Lakers will be playing a big game against a team that is talented and below them in the standings.

The Utah Jazz have not had the start to the season that they would have liked, as they have a .500 record after making into the second round of the NBA Playoffs last year. However, the Jazz are starting to play better in their last 10, as they have a 6-4 record.
