The Los Angeles Lakers were able to get a much-needed win against the Chicago Bulls at home. Here are three players who stepped up.

Coming into Tuesday nights game against the Chicago Bulls, it felt like a must-win game for the Los Angeles Lakers. Since the injury to LeBron James, things have not been going well for Los Angeles, and they have quickly dropped in the Western Conference standings.

After bad losses to teams like the New York Knicks and the Cleveland Cavaliers, there was a lot of uncertainty about whether or not the Lakers would be able to beat the Bulls. Like the Cavaliers and the Knicks, the Bulls are not a very good team this and have struggled quite a bit.

While the Lakers were favored in this game despite being without James and Rondo, it was hard to be confident in them getting a win. However, after a sluggish first half from both teams, the Lakers were able to pull away in the second half and beat the Bulls by a score of 107-100.

This was a much-needed win for the Lakers, as there has been a lot of panic in Los Angeles. With no definitive date when James will be returning, the Lakers need to survive without him. The Western Conference is extremely tough, and a bad 10-game stretch can be the difference between being a Top-4 seed or missing the playoffs.

Luckily, the Lakers were able to get this win against the Bulls. With a pretty good performance, here were three players who stepped up.
