– Brandon Ingram

One of the key players for the Lakers in the second half of the season is going to be Brandon Ingram. It hasn’t been an easy season for Ingram with injuries and a suspension, but he is expected to be a big part of this team. Ingram was suspended earlier in the season after throwing punches at Chris Paul, and this game will surely have some extra meaning for him.

Ingram has been playing well of late, as he has scored 19 points in each of the last two games. While the defense of the Lakers as a whole has struggled, Ingram has played some strong defense. In the win over the Boston Celtics, Ingram played some great defense on Kyrie Irving, and the Lakers could use that against another talented scorer in James Harden.

The Lakers haven’t had an answer for James Harden this season, but maybe Ingram can use his length to bother him some. However, keeping Ingram out of foul trouble will be important for the Lakers, as he can be susceptible to getting in a bit of foul trouble.

With a ton of talent and potential, the Lakers need Ingram to have a consistent end to the season.
