2. Andre Iguodala

While this might be a pipe dream, there is still a scenario in which Andre Iguodala gets bought out by the Memphis Grizzlies. If this is the case, the Lakers should go hard after Iggy.

While Iguodala is no longer an All-Star caliber performer, his ability to hound an opposing team’s best player on defense has made him an invaluable piece of the Warriors over the last six seasons leading him to be beloved by both Warrior fans, staff and his fellow players.

The ideal role for Iggy on the Lakers would be to provide help defense for LeBron when he is slipping on that side of the ball. While he can still contribute on offense and be a plus on that side of the ball, he won’t be relied upon to initiate the offense but merely be a slasher or potential spot-up shooter when called upon.

With a career average of 33.3% from the 3-point line, he is a below-average shooter. But, with his level of championship experience and his ability to show up in big games, he would be the ideal person to bring in as a backup for LeBron in the second unit.
