4. He’s healthy now
According to some reports, the groin injury that LeBron suffered really needed six months to fully heal, even though he was back in the lineup after just over a month.
It has now been seven months since he sustained that injury, four of which he has spent not playing NBA basketball. At age 34, a long period of rest like that, combined with proper training, injury prevention exercises, sleep and proper diet should result in LeBron looking spry next season.
This isn’t to say he’ll look more athletic and.or explosiveness because he won’t. Unless, of course, he’s taking part in some kind of “secret” treatment to renew his body, much as Kobe did in 2012 when he went to Germany to receive Regenokine from Dr. Peter Wehling.
Not only should LeBron look physically healthy and well-rested, but he should also be emotionally healthy and revitalized. The Lakers appear to have a championship-caliber roster, and they finally got the second superstar LeBron and Lakers fans were pining for: Anthony Davis.
Often times, just knowing you have everything you need to achieve a goal will make you seem more talented and skilled in going after it by virtue of having more confidence and faith that you will accomplish it.
