With all eyes firmly pointed to the upcoming NBA Season, let’s look back at the top four games for the Los Angeles Lakers from last season.

The 2018-19 season has come and gone for the Los Angeles Lakers. With the arrival of Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins and a bevy of excellent role players and shooters, it is natural for fans to be excited about the upcoming season and the challenges it could bring.

However, with all of the excitement about the new faces and new season, it is cool to go back and reminisce about the past season and all of the trials and drama that plagued the Lakers during the campaign.

Now, in the eyes of many Lakers fans, the last season was seen as a disaster and you could literally point to many contributing factors.

Injuries, LeBron’s age and attrition, injuries, constant media scrutiny, injuries, sub-par coaching. And on top of all of that, there were a bunch of injuries.

Regardless, with the Lakers passing Year 6 of yet another playoff-less season, and the subsequent trading of most of the Lakers promising young players, it is easy to just simply move on from the season and pretend like it never happened.

But, despite that, it did happen and there were still a bunch of really great games from last season that despite the outcome of the season, were great games to witness and made a bunch of people excited about being a Lakers fan.
