Anthony Davis is playing with heart Los Angeles Lakers fans! That heart is going to wear out his shoulder!

Anthony Davis has a hurt shoulder Lakers fans. This is no joke. After falling in the first quarter on a put back basket, he grimaced basically the rest of the way. This dude is a trooper. He is definitely putting to rest that he is injury prone and can’t play through.

Anthony Davis, on a bum shoulder dropped 27 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks.

The man can score if you throw the ball anywhere near the basket.

That focus to guide the ball into the basket with the off hand shows how much skill this guy has. He is starting to really get comfortable playing with Avery Bradley, who had another solid game. They hooked up a few times on the pick and roll. This will add to the story line about Rajon Rondo‘s role when (Now your guess is as good as mine) he finally gets back.

The Lakers are going to have to start making decisions about load management for AD. Lake Show Life realizes that those two words are not popular around NBA circles these days but so? Like it or not, the Los Angeles Clippers are saving their stars for the long haul. The Lakers need to start thinking the same way.

Davis has a REAL injury here. He is having issues with his shooting shoulder. This is only the ninth game of the season here. Frank Vogel and the staff needs to start considering sitting AD down here and there to get rest on that shoulder.

Ask Dwight Howard about playing through injuries (Torn labrum, right Dwight?) and ask him how that worked out.
