With the Los Angeles Lakers heading to Florida to take on the Orlando Magic and looking to extend their winning streak to five games, here are the three keys to victory.

The Los Angeles Lakers have started what was projected to be a tough December schedule with a bang, winning four out of the first five games of the month and are showing no signs of slowing down.

The Orlando Magic have been one of the better defensive teams in the league so far, ranking 9th,  but are missing a huge piece of their offense in Nikola Vučević, who has been sidelined with a severe ankle sprain.

However, players like Evan Fournier, Aaron Gordon, and Jonathan Isaac have stepped up in his place. In addition, their recent free-agent acquisition, Al-Farouq Aminu, is also out indefinitely with a torn meniscus so the Magic are going into this game short-handed.

The Lakers are hoping to get Avery Bradley back sometime this week, but are still unsure when exactly he will be returning. In addition, Rajon Rondo sat out Sunday night’s game against the Timberwolves with a hamstring injury, and given how precarious those types of injuries can be, the team might err on the side of caution and keep him out for this game as well.

The Lakers are in the midst of yet another winning streak and should be well resting coming into this game,  both of which means bad news for the Magic. With all of that in mind, let’s dig into the three keys to victory for the team.
