The Los Angeles Lakers seem to be clicking after an eventful offseason. But there is always room for growth. We take a look at one area each player could use as a gift.

Equipped with one of the best records in the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers seem to have a lot going right for them. But there have been a lot of close games with subpar opponents. Growing in areas can help take this team to the next level.

It can vary across a multitude of areas, such as health, 3-pointers, inside game, defense, playing time and much more. Each player is different and the way the team plays, they need all of them to get together to reach their goal. That goal is winning a championship, everything else is a bust.

This offseason featured a lot of moving parts for the team. They had plans fall through and even through those moments, Rob Pelinka showed he had what it takes to be a good general manager. He put together a well-balanced team that has exceeded expectations early.

This league is always evolving and the Lakers need to continue staying ahead of the curve. Chemistry has been a big part of that. When players are winning and enjoying the environment, it goes a long way in the locker room.

With so many egos, sometimes that can be hard to do. But the Lakers have so many veterans on this team with big goals in mind. They want championships because windows are closing and time is running out.

With that being said, we will take a look at each player on the roster and a gift they could receive from Santa to help their game in 2020. Internal growth of each player’s game could go a long way in determining how far into the playoffs the Lakers go.
