Here are three ways LeBron James can be more efficient for the Los Angeles Lakers heading into 2020.

The Los Angeles Lakers have been on a mission to start the season, with many pundits and fans writing off the purple and gold’s chances of competing for a championship.

They instead looked to the Milwaukee Bucks and the Kawhi Leonard and Paul George led Los Angeles Clippers as favorites to make it out of their respective conferences to battle it out for the Larry O’Brien trophy.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis heard the chatter. “LeBron James is washed!!!”, “Anthony Davis is injury-prone”, “The Lakers depth is trash”.

All of the negativity thrown in their direction was absorbed by the Lakers and used as motivation to show the entire league what they are capable of.

The Lakers have done just that.

Led by James and Davis, the Lakers have raced to the best record in the West due to the elite play of their two superstars.

While Davis has played incredibly, it is the “Washed King” himself, LeBron James, that has put the entire league on notice.

With his elite play on both ends of the floor, LeBron has shown the entire league that he is still in the conversation for the best player on the planet. While Giannis may hold that crown right now, LeBron is not far behind.

With James playing at such an elite level to start the season, it makes sense for LeBron to find ways to be more efficient in the 2nd part of the season to save his body for the playoffs.

With that said, here are 3 ways LeBron James can be more efficient going into 2020.
