On Saturday night, the Los Angeles Lakers will be starting a long road trip against the Houston Rockets. Here are three keys to beating the Rockets.

For the first time this season, we will get to see the Los Angeles Lakers and the Houston Rockets square off.

As two of the best teams in Western Conference, this will have a playoff feel on Saturday night in Houston. Despite being a bit banged up, the Lakers have been finding ways to win. However, despite a great comeback attempt, the Lakers did fall short in their most recent game against the Orlando Magic.

With the Magic coming in banged up as well, the Lakers might have been looking ahead to the Rockets. The good news is for the Lakers that they are expected to have a few key players back in the lineup.

Both Anthony Davis and Rajon Rondo are expected to return to the lineup, which will be a huge boost for the Lakers. The Lakers have survived without Davis, but having him in a big game against the Rockets will be needed.

For the Rockets, the Lakers will be tasked with trying to stop James Harden, who is once again having a great season. Also, this will be the first time that the Lakers have seen Russell Westbrook in a Rockets uniform.

The backcourt of the Lakers will certainly be tested defensively against Houston, as Westbrook and Harden have the ball in their hands a lot.

This will surely be a fun game to watch for NBA fans. With that being said, here are three keys to the game for the Lakers.
