13. Jared Dudley

Jared Dudley was another addition over the summer to the Lakers. He was brought in for experience and he has always been a good locker room guy. It also helped that he has shot 39% for his career from 3-point range.

Having guys with playoff experience and are glue guys in the locker room is something that can’t be taught. You either have it or you don’t, there is no in-between.

Dudley hasn’t played much in the Lakers rotation this year. But when he has played, he has played his role and he hasn’t complained once all season. As the 8.3 minutes per game, he has played, is by far the least amount of playing time he has seen in his career.

But with that, he has been high on his teammates and is like a player-coach on the bench. His words and leadership will pay off in the playoffs. He won’t see many minutes if any at all when the rotations tighten up.

But he’s the ultimate professional, that knows his role. He is doing what he was brought in to do and he’s doing a good job of it.
