Former Los Angeles Lakers that would be perfect in the BIG3: 3. Nick Young

The BIG3 is made for Swaggy P. Nick Young was an average to slightly above-average player while he was with the Los Angeles Lakers and no longer finds himself in the league and is exactly the kind of personality that the BIG3 is looking for and he would suit the halfcourt game perfectly.

Nick Young might seem a little young to play in the league and he still might be trying to gun for an NBA spot but if he can be the face of the BIG3 then it could actually help restart his NBA career and get a team interested in him.

Young is (surprisingly) only two years younger than Vujacic and could absolutely be the best player, or one of the best players, in the league. His three-point stroke is made for a halfcourt setting and his vibrant personality is made for a league that is legitimate but is trying to establish more of a foothold.

Heck, Ice Cube even tweeted that they need Swaggy P to come to the BIG3, so there is obviously an interest there.

Young last played in the 2018 season with the Denver Nuggets but only played four games before being waived. With no interest in him for the 2019 season, it is quite apparent that his NBA career is probably over and he should not waste the remaining miles on his leg at the rec center and instead should turn to the BIG3.
