The Los Angeles Lakers will face 3 potential problems once the NBA Playoffs begin.
With the NBA season officially set to return in late July for the first time since its temporary suspension on March 11, 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is safe to say that many teams will struggle out the gate.
The Los Angeles Lakers are no exception to this, as they have not played together as a full team since their loss against the Brooklyn Nets on March 10th.
While the Lakers currently hold the best record in the Western Conference, it will take a lot more than heroic efforts from superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis to bring the team back to the level of play there were at before the season’s suspension.
The journey to get the Lakers their 17th world championship was going to be difficult enough without a four and a half month break, now the team will have to lock in and make various adjustments to ensure their success.
With the playoffs in Orlando rapidly approaching, the Lakers will only have eight more regular-season games to essentially find solutions for the following potential problems and get ready for the opening round, beginning on August 17th.
