Dwight Howard has to get more minutes on the floor for the Los Angeles Lakers. Period!

Sure, the last three minutes of this game were very exciting. Nikola Jokic and Anthony Davis were putting on quite a show. In the 4th quarter, just look at these stats between the two.

  • Davis: 10 PTS, 3-4 shooting!
  • Jokic: 12 PTS, 4-6 shooting!

Just look at the highlights here. Pure excitement for any NBA fan.

To the casual basketball fan:

Man, Nikola Jokic can’t stop Anthony Davis!

What does Lake Show Life see?

That’s true but Anthony Davis can’t stop Nikola Jokic either!

AD was one great shot from being under the microscope. Jokic was killing him late. However, there is one player on the Lakers roster that can slow the Joker down and drive him crazy.

Dwight Howard! Frank Vogel needs to give him more minutes!

When the Nuggets started on their run in the 3rd quarter, Dwight was on the bench. This can’t happen. Every star has one player that they struggle with. Jokic has fits dealing with Dwight Howard. It was evident in the first game and the first half of this one.

Nobody is saying to insert him in the starting lineup (Even though this site thought so as far back as last summer!), but allow him the minutes when Jokic is playing. If he fouls out, fine. Who cares?

As great as Nikola Jokic is. he always is looking for a Howard elbow, shoulder or listening to trash talk. In other words, he has something to think about when the big man is on the floor. Dwight Howard has already stated he would lay the wood to Jokic, let him.

LeBron is LeBron and AD is the most talented player. But Dwight Howard is the key ingredient to stopping the Nuggets’ best player. Notice that fact and use it to the team’s advantage!

Finally, Kyle Kuzma needs a wakeup call from Lake Show Life! Read on to see what it is!
