Inserting Dwight Howard in the starting lineup turned the series around and exposed Nikola Jokic!

Music selection: Rock Me Amadeus…Falco.

The Joker is a great player and is the best big man in the NBA. But he has a weakness. He cannot deal with physical play. Dwight Howard was his kryptonite and at times “Superman” was in the building. His toughness wore out Jokic. That was the unsung storyline of the series.

For Vogel to get Dwight to calm down and play basketball is something no other coach (If there are, let us know!) has done in his career.

After Jokic was dealt with, the other Nuggets big men just got embarrassed. ESPECIALLY Mason Plumlee. Man, he’s ready to go.

The Lakers were tougher than the Denver Nuggets. They got rocked.  Even though Denver continued to push, but the game was pretty much academic for the most part. While LeBron hit shot after shot to score 16 points in the last quarter, the others wore down the stars and basically took Paul Millsap out of the series.

Remember when he was the AD stopper at the beginning of the series? Yes, there were analysts saying so.

The last lesson is for the most important members of the Los Angeles Lakers. The readers of Lake Show Life!
