Anthony Davis is the best player on the floor. The Miami Heat can’t stop him. Everyone can carry on!

The Miami Heat didn’t have an answer for Anthony Davis before the series even started. Bam Adebayo is an up and coming star but he wasn’t going to stop AD.

Now that his shoulder is strained? PFFT! Forget it. There is nothing the Miami Heat can do to stop this guy.

AD got out of the gate quickly scoring 14 points in the first quarter and basically blew up the Heat’s defensive scheme of going small to irritate him and bait him into jump shots.

Instead, Davis cut to the basket, rebounded the ball (He actually rebounded in the first half too!) and just tried to tear the rim down every chance he got. He scored through contact screaming “AND ONE!” no less than three times when the Heat called timeout.

It’s a rare occurrence to see Anthony Davis so animated and trash-talking. After the Lakers made their comeback to take the lead in the first quarter, AD exclaimed…

“We’re back!”

But the defining moment of the game was in the 3rd quarter when he scored over three Heat players to put the Lakers up 80-54, AD screamed…

“IT’S OVER!”

While Anthony Davis was shouting out to the NBA world about the Lakers dominance, LeBron James was making sure things stayed that way. Read on to see how he did. Spoiler Alert, he did all right!
