The Los Angeles Lakers are getting an up-close look at some potential targets in the NBA Finals.

The Los Angeles Lakers, at the time of writing this, are two wins away from hanging banner number 17. The Lakers thoroughly routed the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the NBA Finals and then outplayed a beat-up Heat team in Game 2 to the tune of a 10-point victory.

The Heat were missing both Goran Dragic and Bam Adebayo and it showed. The defense was atrocious without Bam and with Tyler Herro and Duncan Robinson in the starting five.

However, the Heat were able to hang in the game and stay tit for tat with the Lakers with a really gritty performance. The Lakers, being as talented as they are, were able to jump out to that early lead and overcome the grind-it-out performance that has put Miami in this place to begin with.

The reason why the Miami Heat have been so successful is because of the veteran leadership on the team. There are some really valuable role players on this team, some of which are going to be free agents in the upcoming offseason.

In fact, there are two perfect free-agent targets that the Los Angeles Lakers should be taking a closer look at in these NBA Finals. Rob Pelinka should be taking notes.

As the old saying goes: if you cannot beat them, join them (hopefully, assuming the Lakers win). Here are the two active Miami Heat players that would be perfect in LA and should be offseason targets.
