Final outlook

The Lakers were 2020 NBA champions for a reason. They’re a really good basketball team with the best duo in the NBA. There will be some moving pieces this offseason, but they will be in position to contend again in 2021.

Although the Lakers may not end the season with the number one seed, health means more. They can win on anyone’s court, and it’s still uncertain how much effect that will even have on next season. It’s possible fans could be in limited capacities and seeding not mean as much as it usually did in the past.

But with LeBron getting older and AD always battling small nagging injuries. That is the risk you take to get the reward. The Lakers won’t settle for just one championship, with a window wide open, they want to continue going after more.

Next. Trade targets to acquire for the 28th pick. dark

This offseason should be very fast-paced and it will be really fun. Buckle up and get ready!
