1. Terrance Ferguson

Here is a player that has seen the ups-and-downs of the NBA. His trade value is also at an all-time low. Terrance Ferguson could thrive with a change of scenery with the Lakers, as he has now been phased out in Oklahoma City.

After being the 21st pick at just 18 years old in 2017. He has shown glimpses of being a good player in the league. Unfortunately, he has shown quite often why he has been phased out even though he is only 22 years old now.

He lacks confidence and consistency for prolonged periods. It’s affected his game as the years have gone on. But when he is confident in his shot he spaces the floor very well and fills lanes well on the break.

He also has out of the gym athleticism and is a good player on the defensive end. His breakout game in the NBA game at Staples Center and many people thought the Thunder got a steal of a pick after seeing it.

His confidence issues could be due to some legal issues that he has been involved with. He had times where he didn’t play and was listed out due to personal reasons.

The Thunder will be looking to move on this offseason and shouldn’t expect a lot in return. At only $3.9 million he could help absorb minutes on the wing and be a 3-and-D guy. It would also help playing under a veteran staff and alongside AD and LeBron.

The Los Angeles Lakers already worked out one trade, perhaps something could develop and Ferguson could be lumped in as well.
