Klutch Sports is taking over the NBA. For all LeBron haters, it means that he’s running the NBA!

Rob Pelinka’s signing of Harrell sent shockwaves throughout the NBA. It seems that it hit his former teammates too. It is reported that the Clippers had no clue that Harrell was leaving.

Now let’s stop for a second and close your eyes. Now imagine how Patrick Beverley and Lou Williams reacted to the news. Done laughing? Let’s move on.

It is no secret that Rich Paul is the most influential agent in all of professional sports. The envy got so deep that the NCAA tried to change the rules of being an NBA agent last summer because of the guy.

LeBron James just happens to be powerful enough for the rule to be dismissed in 48 hours. What does this have to do with this deal?

  • Montrezl Harrell is a client of Klutch Sports.
  • LeBron tends to like playing with other Klutch Sports clients.
  • Like Anthony Davis, Harrell switched recently to Klutch Sports and the next year finds himself playing with LeBron James.

Coincidence? Could be. But if the Lakers run roughshod through the schedule to another title, there will be complaints. A hefty percentage of the Lakers championship roster last year was with Klutch Sports. Whatever formula these two have working, the NBA is now in a full sprint to keep up. With LeBron James and Rich Paul, talent seems to show up.

If this sign and trade scenario comes to fruition, even Lake Show Life will be wondering.

Lakers rumors persist that the team is trying to work a sign and trade deal to get Bogdan Bogdanovic in a Lakers uniform. Lake Show Life believes that Kyle Kuzma and JaVale McGee will be the players in the deal.

What if Paul convinces Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, a Klutch client, to take extra money and the ring to go to Sacramento to facilitate the deal?  Would KCP take a $15 million dollar multi-year deal to get the deal done? Who knows.

If it does not go through, look for Tristan Thompson to be in the mix of Lakers rumors. See he’s a Klutch client too.

The free agency period has been wild as predicted. Lake Show Life will do its best to keep everyone updated on upcoming roster moves.
