4. New York Knicks

The New York Knicks have been off-and-on suitors for Kuzma for quite some time. There were rumors of packages during the season and also in the offseason. As the Knicks look to become relevant in the NBA again, they need to start marking moves.

The franchise seems hesitant to give up too much for a superstar. So maybe the next move is to start bringing in younger talent and building up that way. Kuzma could be a good piece added for them going forward.

The Knicks books look very open for the future as they start to get off some of these bad contracts. Moving into a new era will help put them in the right direction. With a defensive coach in Tom Thibodeau, Kuzma could be the perfect candidate to be branded into a good defensive player.

He has all the tools to do so but has never put them all together. This landing spot could help him do that and the fit seems better around young guys.

The Knicks have loaded up quite the picks for the future. So they have the draft compensation to make a deal happen. Lakers could also see if Kevin Knox is available, who could improve his shooting and be a small asset for the team.
