3. Yogi Ferrell

Yogi Ferrell has had an interesting NBA career. He has bounced around the league since going undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft. He was picked up by the Brooklyn Nets as an UDFA and made NBA All-Rookie second team.

He has shown promise in the league but has struggled to keep consistency. One thing he can do is shoot the 3-pointer. Although he struggled last year shooting 30.4% from 3-pointer, he is a career 36.7% shooter.

This makes him a good bounce-back candidate to help the Lakers on a one-year deal. This way it keeps the Lakers flexibility at making a 2021 run at Giannis Antetokounmpo. Ferrell can thrive with a tremendous amount of space in Los Angeles and get back to his 40% shooting from 3-point range.

Still only 26 years old, he has the ability to re-up his value and slide back into the 2021 class where teams will have more money. There is no better player in the league than LeBron that helps his teammates get paid on their next contacts. This could be a value steal here for a year.

Ferrell can play 10+ minutes a night, shoot the ball well and provide some offense.
