The Los Angeles Lakers are now winners of four straight.

The Los Angeles Lakers finished up their four-game road trip in a Sunday rematch against the Memphis Grizzlies. The game was basically the same. The game was ugly to watch, the Lakers fell to sleep in the first half and the superstars bailed the Lake Show out late!

Lake Show Life breaks down what else happened in Lake Show Life Lessons! The only Los Angeles Lakers extended post-game report with in-depth analysis and highlights.

The Los Angeles Lakers are ready to go home after they finished up their two-game set against the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday. Like the previous game, the Lakers allowed Memphis to hang around with sloppy play, turnovers from an stagnant offense and allowing huge runs throughout the game.  But in the end, the Los Angeles Lakers handed the ball to LeBron and he closed the game out with help from Anthony Davis to survive with a win.

Despite a rough game that the Lake Show nearly fumbled away, they closed out their first extended road trip of the season with a 94-92 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

If you thought the game on Sunday was hard to watch, this one was much worse.

When Memphis was up 79-77 with 4:40 left in the 4th quarter, NBA TV’s Channing Frye will put the LeBron effect into words.

After the Lakers came out of their timeout, these events happened.

  • LeBron James hit Anthony Davis in the corner for a 3 pointer.
  • LeBron James scored with a turnaround jumper.
  • LeBron hit another jumper.
  • Anthony Davis and LeBron James run a two man pick and roll with AD tearing the rim down.
  • LeBron  James scores another jumper signaling that Dillon Brooks is too small!
  • AD and LeBron both hit their four free throws!

The entire road trip has been about this narrative. Teams that have superstars usually win and the ones that don’t tend to lose. The Lakers have two stars and they turned it on when the street lights came on.

It’s good thing too. They did not get much help at all outside of the Memphis Grizzlies who shot worse than the Lakers did.
