The Los Angeles Lakers were affected by news around the nation and LeBron James may buy a WNBA team!
Some of the players discussed the news earlier concerning no charges being filed against the Kenosha, Wisconsin, police officer that shot Jacob Blake seven times. Thanks to the incident, Blake is paralyzed. The incident almost derailed the NBA bubble operations when the Milwaukee Bucks did not come out for their scheduled playoff game.
Wesley Matthews was on that Bucks roster.

The incumbent senator, Kelly Loeffler was defeated by Reverend Raphael Warnock according to multiple news outlets. The ground swell of support came from Loeffler’s own WNBA team, the Atlanta Dream according to Jemele Hill.
"I don’t know who needs to hear this but Reverend Raphael Warnock was polling at 9% when the Atlanta Dream and WNBA players threw their full support behind him and elevated his national profile. Now he’s Georgia’s first black Senator."
The t-shirts with “Vote Warnock” became the rage on all WNBA teams in the bubble. Now it seems that LeBron James is thinking about getting a ownership group together to buy Kelly Loeffler’s team, the Atlanta Dream!

This writer would love to, but I’m broke. But I will end it with this. Part of being a fair writer is not delving into a team as fan. I’m not one. But on this day forward, I am a LeBron James fan. This has to be one of the coolest sports events ever if he pulls this off.
