Anthony Davis was critical of his play as of late for the Los Angeles Lakers, but his level of play was taken care of basically after the opening tip. After the Bucks game on Thursday, AD stated his game sucked. On Saturday, AD sucked the life out of the Chicago Bulls in his homecoming.

Lake Show Life breaks down what else happened in Lake Show Life Lessons! The only Los Angeles Lakers extended post-game report with in-depth analysis and highlights.

The staff of Lake Show Life has a message to the rest of the NBA about the World Champion, Los Angeles Lakers.

Bad teams may not have a chance in winning if this team is focused. After watching the Lakers punish the Bulls in the first half, teams probably can’t even score on this bunch, much less keep it competitive.

When the Golden State Warriors came back from a 14 point deficit to steal a game in the Staples Center, it was a wake up call for the Lakers. They made it a point not to give the Chicago Bulls any momentum and made it clear that a big comeback was a one-time thing with no chance of it happening in this game.

The staff of Lake Show Life has a second message to the rest of the NBA about Anthony Davis and his comments to the media.

When he gets upset, things happen almost immediately.

The first critical comments about the defense sparked the Lakers rise to the number one ranking in defensive efficiency.

After giving up only 17 points in the first quarter and 16 in the second quarter, the Lakers went back to their mandate of strong starts and riding the production of the superstars as they blew Chicago off the floor 101-90 in a game that wasn’t close.

His second critical comments about his own play sparked a destruction of the entire Chicago Bulls team. If the team did not have a long range plan of monitoring minutes, AD could have scored 50 points easily.

The numbers are really starting to pile up to show evidence of the Lakers dominance.

  • The Lakers collected their eighth win in a row over the Chicago Bulls, a franchise record.
  • The 9-0 road record to start the season is a franchise record that is ongoing.
  • The 13-4 record overall is tops in the NBA.
  • The Lakers are 6-0 this season keeping an opponent under 100 points.
  • That adds on to the 29 game winning streak holding opponents under triple digits.
  • The Lakers have nine double-digit wins so far this season. To put this dominance in perspective, seven NBA teams have nine wins in total.

The Los Angeles Lakers can extend their road trip against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Most would think the Cavaliers could be an easy notch on the belt, but Lake Show Life sees this as a possible trap game. After being the worst offensive team in the NBA, it took all of two massive upset wins over the Brooklyn Nets for their point totals to skyrocket.
