The Los Angeles Lakers brought their three-game slide into the NBA’s version of “Murderer’s Row” against the Utah Jazz. It was a matchup of one team that can’t lose against a team that can’t win. The Los Angeles Lakers closed up shop after the first quarter while Utah set franchise records in 3 point shooting in the Lakers worst loss of the season.

Lake Show Life breaks down what else happened in Lake Show Life Lessons! The only Los Angeles Lakers extended post-game report with in-depth analysis and highlights.

The Los Angeles Lakers have hit the wall at the absolute worst time possible. They had to take a three-game losing streak on the road to play the hottest team in the league in the Utah Jazz. The Jazz not only was beating teams at a historic rate winning 21 of 23 games for a 25-6 record, 21 of the wins were by double figures.

The Los Angeles Lakers kept it close after the first quarter, before the Utah Jazz had 3 point shoot around to end the first half to end any chances of a Lakers victory. Well, at least LeBron James got some rest in the fourth quarter.

The Lakers losing streak now stand at four games with a humbling 114-89 loss to the Utah Jazz.

Anybody want to blame Shaquille O’Neal for motivating this bunch? The Jazz are 15-2 since this exchange.

Granted the Utah Jazz are hotter than fish grease over an open fire, but the real story is that the Lakers have lost their confidence. They played like they knew they had no chance and as long as the “shooters” have games like these…

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: 1-5 shooting from the field while missing all four 3 point shots for 5 points.

Talen Horton-Tucker: 3-12 shooting from the field for 8 points.

Kyle Kuzma: 2-7 shooting from the field for 5 points.

Alex Caruso: 1-8 shooting from the field for 3 points.

Wesley Matthews Jr.: 1-4 shooting for 3 points.

They are absolutely right. The Lakers suffered their worst loss of the season and have now lost five of their last six. This slide could easily run into the All-Star break. Considering that Lake Show Life predicted the last two losses with ease, ignore the staff if you wish. It seems that UNC lost to Marquette as well. Just listen to Roy Williams’ statement here.

Think UNC has a shot the way the Lakers are playing these days?
