The Los Angeles Lakers lost quite a few things on Sunday in Game 4. They lost the game, the series lead, home-court advantage, Anthony Davis and the series? No, not quite. Granted the Los Angeles Lakers are in a ton of trouble without AD, Lake Show Life has a detailed plan to survive the series and win it.

Lake Show Life will break down what the Lakers need to do in Lake Show Life Lessons! The only Los Angeles Lakers extended post-game report with in-depth analysis and highlights.

Well, there’s no sugar-coating the Los Angeles Lakers‘ problems in this first-round series against the Phoenix Suns. Despite the series being tied, the Los Angeles Lakers lost home-court advantage with a chance to put pressure on the Suns in Game 5, all of the momentum from Game 3, and it seems Anthony Davis for a while.

Anthony Davis will most likely not be back for Game 5 according to NBA Insider Shams Charania.

"Lakers star Anthony Davis is unlikely to play in Game 5 vs. Suns on Tuesday due to strained groin, sources tell The Athletic. There’s optimism about Davis‘ status as series continues and as he is evaluated day-to-day."

In yet another episode of this long season covering the Lakers season called “Life comes at you fast!”, Lake Show Life has taken its lumps as of late. On the surface, it does look like we are flip-flopping.

One day it looked like the staff was ready to scout the Denver/Portland series…

Now things look a little different…

Hate to break it to the Lakers fans that had issues with the articles, but the first one was right at the time and the second one is right now. Why?

When the first article was written…

  • Chris Paul’s shoulder looked like it should have been in a sling. He was averaging 6.7 points per game in the series and couldn’t even finish games.
  • Jae Crowder couldn’t throw the ball in the Pacific Ocean if he was underwater.
  • Devin Booker was lucky that he wasn’t suspended for Game 4 for losing his cool and the Suns couldn’t run an offensive set without Paul’s presence.

What brought on the second article…

  • Chris Paul all of a sudden can raise his arms to shoot the basketball scoring 18 points almost tripling his average for the series. If he can hit these shots, the Lakers can’t stop the Suns’ offense. Enjoy the highlights (Or evidence!) here.
  • Anthony Davis got hurt and did not return.
  • Jae Crowder saved himself from playing the rest of his career in China scoring 17 points with a game high plus/minus ratio of +21.

But does this mean there is gloom and doom for the Los Angeles Lakers? Yep, this is bad folks. However, this is the NBA and the roster and the coaching staff get paid millions of dollars to figure things out. Here’s the good news. They can IF they listen to the most detailed Lakers analysis team on the internet.

The Los Angeles Lakers can win this series WITHOUT Anthony Davis, but they have to follow these steps to the letter and follow instructions to the last detail.

To the new Los Angeles Lakers fans that are checking us out for the first time, welcome to Lake Show Life Lessons. Our extended post-game report with video analysis will cover the progress for the Los Angeles Lakers this entire postseason!

Normally over the next several pages, we will provide highlights of certain players and coaches. Afterward, the comment section is loaded with knowledgeable fans adding their basketball knowledge. This one is different. If the Lakers don’t do these specific things, the Lake Show Life Lessons staff yells 1-2-3 Cancun on Thursday night.

Let’s get to Lesson One to see what the Los Angeles Lakers can do to save the series!
