Los Angeles Lakers: Prop bets to target in Game 5 vs. Suns

The Los Angeles Lakers take on the Phoenix Suns tonight in Game 5 of the first round. With the loss of Anthony Davis, the Lakers will need a masterful performance by LeBron James to win this series.

If the Lakers want to win this series LeBron will need his supporting cast to step up. When you look at the roster from top to bottom almost every player has been underperforming. I think LeBron will look for help but will not find any. If the Lakers want to win today role players like Marc Gasol and Kyle Kuzma must be effective with the minutes they’re given.

When looking at the board today there are a few things that stick out. The loss of Anthony Davis will increase LeBron’s usage to an even higher level than it already is, others will also be given more minutes and looks.

With Davis being out ,look for Andre Drummond to take on a bigger role in all aspects of the game. If the Lakers are going to win he must provide sparks on the offensive end and defensive end. The market hasn’t adjusted enough with his props.

It’s safe to say his shoulder recovered well being that he scored 18 last game. For my final bet of the night, I’m locking in Chris Paul Over 14.5 Points.
