2. JJ Redick

Perhaps Blake Griffin and JJ Redick could reunite back in Los Angeles with the Lakers. The two were teammates on the Los Angeles Clippers and went through many of the same playoff hardships that saw them fall short.

Redick, ironically enough, is one of the most experienced playoff players in the entire league despite not having a ring. Redick has made the playoffs in every season of his career except one (2019-20 with New Orleans) but has not added a championship ring to his collection.

Redick is 20th among active players in career playoff games played with 110. He has only made the NBA Finals once in his career, losing to the Lakers in the 2009 NBA Finals with the Orlando Magic.

Redick fills a need for this team as well. The Lakers need more consistent and reliable three-point shooters that can come off the bench. While the Lakers have not fully bought in as a team to being this three-point menace, the three-point shot is still immensely important and the Lakers need more depth.

Redick is one of the best shooters in the entire league and would be great off the bench as a catch-and-shoot specialist. He is rather one-dimensional at this point in his career and with his age, he will definitely be a minimum option.
