The Los Angeles Lakers have many former players who are littered throughout the league. The Lakers went through a dry spell with a lack of success in which a lot of rotating parts came in and out of LA.

Not only that, but the team has experienced two massive roster turnovers in each of the last two offseasons. There are a lot of players in the league that can call themselves former Lakers.

Then you have the role players who may have taken a step up. Jordan Clarkson, albeit several years removed from the Lakers, took a massive step up last season en route to winning the Sixth Man of the Year award.

There are three former Los Angeles Lakers who are standing out thus far this season as well.

It does not matter whether they were on the Lakers last season or multiple years ago. Here are the three former Lakers who are enjoying red-hot starts to the season.
