The bad from the Los Angeles Lakers’ loss:

Well, Giannis Antetokounmpo felt the need to make his presence felt on national television!

Wow…wow…just…wow!

Giannis took his matchup against Anthony Davis kind of seriously! To try and temper this analysis because this is a Los Angeles Lakers website, let’s just say that Antetokunmpo prevailed in this matchup.

Did the staff of Lake Show Life mention that these are the stats for the FIRST HALF??!!!!

To watch the former two-time MVP just randomly destroy the Los Angeles Lakers frontline is not up for discussion (Also read excuses that LeBron James is injured!) here. This was bully ball at it’s finest and Anthony Davis looked overmatched the entire night.

What made it worse, Frank Vogel just sat by and allowed all of this to happen and tried to justify his adjustment quota by putting Dwight Howard in for a few minutes in the first half and DeAndre Jordan in the second. Then Giannis used finesse to maneuver past them to score layups. Then when Giannis staked claim to the paint, he then shot two more shots from the land of the extra point.

Giannis finished with 47 points (18-23 shooting!), 9 rebounds, 3 assists with a steal and a block.

Oh, he wasn’t alone in the first half dominating the physicality aspect of the game.

Bobby Portis was beating the Lakers up too!

The only reason everyone wasn’t giving this man the spotlight for his play was because his teammate was playing another level of basketball. Yes, Bobby Portis was putting in work too.

Portis aka “The People’s Champ” poured in 17 points of his own before halftime. He provided energy that the Lakers’ frontline did not match. The Lakers’ run in the third quarter was due to the fact that somebody on the coaching staff figured out that he deserved some attention. His scoreless second half allowed the Lakers to get back in the game.

The Los Angeles Lakers never let the fact that they can’t shoot from behind the arc stop them from firing them up!

The Lakers shot 12-43 from 3 point range which adds up to 27.9 percent for the ones counting at home. When does it kick in?

Kent Bazemore…

Did not score. He has scored 8 points in about a week and a half. Anyone want to make bets in the comment section that he will get minutes in Boston? Over/under 15 minutes?
