Lakers: 2 trades to give Russell Westbrook a new home this summer

The Los Angeles Lakers made a massive splash when they traded for Russell Westbrook prior to the 2021-22 season. However, things quickly deteriorated in LA with reports that the Lakers were shopping Westbrook well before the NBA trade deadline.
The Lakers could not find a team to take Westbrook in a salary-dump trade and are stuck with him for the rest of the season. However, recent reports indicate that Westbrook has a mutual interest with the team in finding a new home this summer.
It is going to be really hard for the Lakers to trade Westbrook but there is at least hope that they can pull off a trade this summer to get Westbrook out of LA.
There are two potential Russell Westbrook trade packages that seem realistic for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Of course, a lot can change between now and the summer and there could be some sleeper teams that are actually in the market for a Westbrook trade like the Lakers were last offseason. However, as it stands right now, there are two possible trade packages the Lakers could try and build for Westbrook in the summer based on the trends in the league.
