Max Christie improved just Lake Show Life thought he would!
"The Lakers second round pick shot 2-11 from the field for 5 points. Should Lakers Nation be bellowing to trade him? No. Because he’s from Michigan State and they are known for three things."
"They are tough and will play hard every second they are on the floor."
"They fill up the stat sheet helping in other ways (Like that Draymond Green dude does at Golden State! No one mistakes him for being a Splash Brother!)."
"Defense…nuff said!"
Warriors game on Sunday:
There is a reason why the Lake Show Life Lessons series is so popular, we don’t overreact to one game. Max Christie played much better in this game by defending on one end and running his lanes hard on the offensive end.

Max Christie did what most Michigan State Spartans do by filling up the stat sheet (8 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists) while playing within the schemes that Phil Handy put in front of the team to execute.
Most will look at the box scores and think this guy is not living up to the second-round pick the Lakers bought to get him, but his competition on defense with his sense for spacing and angles on offense will keep him in the team’s plans for quite a while.
The Lakers are off on Monday for July 4th along with this writer. To the readers that have supported this series for the last few seasons, I want to thank you for your time in reading these and the support in the comment sections as well.
