5. Marcelinho Huertas, Brazil
One of the greatest players in Brazilian basketball history, Marcelinho Huertas is the epitome of an international titan. He's Liga ACB's all-time leader in assists, has three Liga ACB championships under his belt, and has helped Brazil win medals at virtually every competition but the Olympics.
Huertas also played two seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, appearing in 76 games between the 2015-16 and 2016-17 campaigns.
Huertas received limited playing time during his brief NBA career, averaging 14.6 minutes per contest across two seasons. He produced tremendous highlights as one of the most gifted passers in the world, but struggled to catch on overall as a 32-year-old rookie.
Even without consistent playing time, Huertas showed his prowess with a per 36 average of 7.6 assists between his two seasons in the NBA.
Huertas will now look to help Brazil's men's basketball team win a medal at the Olympics for the first time since 1964. It's a tall task, but he'll be surrounded by several current and former NBA players as he looks to help his nation shock the competition.
An all-time great facilitator on the international stage who has given Team USA trouble in the past, the former Lakers guard will be competing at the highest level at 41 years of age.
