The Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks face off on Friday night in the marquee matchup of today’s slate.

While LeBron James is questionable, it’s hard to see him sitting out with the Lakers fighting for position in the play-in tournament down the stretch of this season.

I have a player prop that I like for James, as well as a couple of targets in the 3-point prop market for this matchup.

Let’s dive into the plays, which have a couple coming in at plus money!

Bucks vs. Lakers best NBA prop bets

  • Rui Hachimura OVER 1.5 3-pointers made
  • Damian Lillard OVER 3.5 3-pointers made
  • LeBron James OVER 15.5 rebounds and assists

Rui Hachimura OVER 1.5 3-pointers made

Over his last nine games, Rui Hachimura has cleared this prop in five games, including a three 3-pointer game in a loss to the Sacramento Kings.

Hachimura is taking just 4.1 shots from beyond the arc over this stretch, but he’s making 2.2 per game, shooting 54.1 percent from 3.

If James sits in this game, Rui would have a massive role, but even if LeBron plays, I love this prop for the Lakers forward. On the season, Hachimura is shooting 41.5 percent from 3.

Damian Lillard OVER 3.5 3-pointers made

Milwaukee guard Damian Lillard has cleared this prop in four of his last six games, and he’s been hot from 3 over that stretch.

Dame is shooting 44.2 percent from 3 over that stretch, hitting 3.8 shots from 3 per game on 8.7 attempts. The attempts are key for me, as Dame is a high volume shooting that is going to need to score for the Bucks to win this game on the road.

The Lakers also rank 28th in the NBA in opponent 3-pointers made per game, so this is a favorable matchup for one of the game’s best shooters.

LeBron James OVER 15.5 rebounds and assists

I don’t want to overlook how well James is playing as of late, as he’s averaging 28.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 9.7 assists per game over his last seven matchups.

James is averaging 16.0 rebounds and assists over this stretch, so why not take him to do that again tonight?

LeBron has cleared this prop in four of those seven games, and the assist numbers have been huge, including a 13-dime game in his last matchup against the Kings.

With the Lakers needing every win down the stretch of the season, don’t be shocked if James finds another gear tonight.
