MVP: The fans. I know I’ve given this award at least once before, but no one played like an MVP of anything tonight and if you watched the whole game, give yourself a pat on the back and a shot of your favorite alcoholic beverage.
LVP: Carlos Boozer, who went 1-11 from the field in an impressive display. This is what happens when you’re named MVP, apparently, as he was last game.
Stat of the Night: I’m not going to pick just one because, across the board, the Trailblazers won every statistical category. They shot better, had more rebounds, more assists, more steals, the same amount of blocks turnovers, and less fouls. The Lakers were pathetic tonight.
