MVP: Jeremy Lin was tonight’s MVP thanks in large part to his fourth quarter, where he put up an impressive 15 points in that final frame and kept the Lakers chances of winning alive. After three uneventful quarters of his, Lin turned it up a notch in that fourth quarter.
LVP: Robert Sacre, who finished with an impressive 6 points and 2 rebounds. His inability to rebound given his size is quite astounding in all the wrong ways. And yet, despite his lack of talent, Sacre is getting substantially more playing time than Tarik Black, who has completely disappeared.
Stat of the Night: It’s hard to find a stat of the night because, statistically, the Lakers were better in this game. They shot better from the field, the three point line, had more assists, more steals, the same amount of blocks and turnovers, yet lost. I guess your stat should simply be the final score in this week and wacky game, because that’s what really matters in the end.
