Leadership:

During George’s seven seasons with the Indiana Pacers he’s led them to numerous playoff appearances, and if not for LeBron James in the Eastern Conference, would have made it into the NBA Finals. With most of the core players on the Lakers under the age of 25, PG13 can be the player to help those players reach new levels. The current players on the Lakers roster have little to no playoff experience at all which is where George will come in and play a crucial role.

If traded for before or during the draft, George will have to accept that this coming season will be another rebuilding season. He can take advantage of this season and teach and mentor the young players.
