The Warriors lost their home opener on Wednesday night, an outcome the Lakers are hoping to avoid tonight against the Clippers at the STAPLES Center. The biggest question now is, who will be in the starting lineup for the Lakers?
The lineup that we see tonight against the Clippers will be different from the one we see come Sunday when the Lakers play the New Orleans Pelicans.

With Kentavious Caldwell-Pope serving his two-game suspension, the Lakers will have to put someone into the starting lineup from him. Anyone from Luol Deng, Corey Brewer, Kyle Kuzma and Larry Nance Jr. could be inserted into the starting lineup.
Whoever Luke Walton chooses, it will be a good showcase for that player. They will have a chance to earn some extra minutes going forward if they play well. The Lakers will do a lot of tinkering this season with so many players worthy of minutes, so getting off to a hot start is imperative if a player wants to remain in the rotation.
