The Lakers displayed their team chemistry to the fullest in the win as they finished with six players scoring in double digits. Furthermore, seven out of the nine Lakers who played logged in at least one assist.

Lonzo Ball struggled with his shot once again – finishing 3/13 for the night – but his aggressiveness kept the Lakers rolling. Despite his poor shooting, Ball looked less nervous, and more patient and composed on the floor.

His decision-making continued to impress as he was not looking to be a stat sheet stuffer, but rather let the players with the hot hand take control. Additionally, his generous play paid off to the tune of nine assists and two turnovers.

Ball’s unselfishness spread throughout the team as they reached 20+ assists for the eighth time this season. The team’s passing ability has also put them in the top 10 for assists per game in the league.
