The Los Angeles Lakers travel to take on the Orlando Magic on January 31st. Here is all the information you need to watch or listen to the game!
The Los Angeles Lakers road trip carries on tonight. The next stop on the trip is a visit to Central Florida where the Orlando Magic reside.
The Lakers come into this game playing some of their best basketball of the season. While they lost their last game Sunday evening to the Toronto Raptors, they are winners in eight of their last 11 games, pushing their record to 19-30.
Orlando, on the other hand, isn’t playing great basketball. They have lost three consecutive games and have won only six games since their strong 8-4 start. Orlando now owns the worst record in the NBA. Things are not going to get any easier for the Magic tonight.
Starting center Nikola Vucevic is close to returning, but a hand injury will keep him sidelined a little longer. Joining him on the sideline is Aaron Gordon. Gordon missed last night’s game against the Houston Rockets and is questionable, at best, for tonight’s games with a hip issue.

The Lakers are dealing with injury concerns of their own. Rookie point guard Lonzo Ball has already been ruled out for tonight’s game. It will be the eighth consecutive game that he misses because of a left knee strain.
The injury bug has really hit Ball in the past month or so. After playing in the first 31 games of the season, he has appeared in only five games since. A shoulder ailment held him out for six games from December 25th through January 3rd.
That time missed really derailed the Lakers. They lost every game in quite ugly fashion. However, the team is finally beginning to learn how to play without their starting point guard as they have won four of the last five games without him after losing the first he was absent from.
Even without Ball in the lineup, this is a game the Lakers should win. The Magic are reeling and given their injury problems, the Lakers are in good position to pick up a victory.
Will the Lakers get their second win of the road trip tonight? Or will the Magic trip them up and snap their own losing streak? We will have to watch and see! Here is all the information you will need to watch or listen to the Lakers take on the Magic tonight.
